Returns

We care deeply about our customers’ satisfaction, which is why we strive to do our job the best we can every day. However, we are still only human so despite our efforts, the things can go wrong sometimes. If you need to exchange or return the purchased goods, please follow this simple procedure:


A) Product Return

  • If you wish to return the purchased goods, we kindly ask you to fill out the “Returns and Exchange Form”
  • If you received a gift with your order, you must return it together with the purchased goods. In case you decide to keep the gift, its original price will be deduced from your refund.
  • If you have used the “Buy 1 Get 1 Free”, “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” or other similar offer, you must return all the goods that this special offer applies to. Otherwise, the price for the unreturned goods will be deduced from your refund.
  • Please make sure the goods are in their original state before sending them back, meaning that they were not washed or worn, and the original label is still attached. Due to hygienic reasons, socks, men’s boxers, tank tops, undershirts, underpants, women’s underwear, kid’s underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept underwear that has been previously tried on and unpacked socks without the original labels.
  • We will inform you by email once we receive the package.
  • We usually send the refund to the previously used bank account within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and processing your request.

B) Product Exchange

  • If you wish to make an exchange for a different size, we kindly ask you to fill out the “Returns and Exchange Form”
  • We exchange for the same product only. You cannot exchange for a different pattern or a different product. In case you want a different product, you need to place a new order and we will send you the refund for your returned goods.
  • Please make sure the goods are in their original state before sending them back, meaning that they were not washed or worn, and the original label is still attached. Due to hygienic reasons, socks, men’s boxers, tank tops, undershirts, underpants, women’s underwear, kid’s underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged. We do not accept underwear that has been previously tried on and unpacked socks without the original labels.
  • We will inform you by email once we receive the package.
  • If the exchange product is in stock, we ship the package immediately (you don’t pay the shipping costs). If the exchange product is not in stock, we will ship your package as soon as the stock is replenished. We will inform you by email once the package has been shipped.

When returning/exchanging the goods, please use the registered mail (NOT cash on delivery) and send them to the following address:

C) Claims

 

  • If you wish to claim the purchased goods, we kindly ask you to fill out the “Claim Form”.
  • The goods are not accepted as faulty or damaged if the damage arose:

- during the warranty period as a result of frequent or improper use, insufficient or inappropriate care

- as a result of the natural changes in materials of which the item is made

- as a result of any damage done by the buyer or a third party, or as a result of other improper intervention.

  • When reclaiming socks or underwear, please send the filled out “Claim Form” together with your photos of the damaged goods to hello@dedoles.ie – our customer service will review your request and inform you about the next step
  • When sending the damaged goods back, you can choose between these two options:
